Short overview of dimensions and limitations of molecule detection. Brief introduction to NMR, AFM, and x-ray crystallography. Where to get pdb files, how the files are structured and how pdb files can be displayed and visually inspected. A short presentation of VMD was given.

Deadline for the homework is the 26th. Further questions can be asked in room 187 / IBBP.
